Timothy Morton is Rita Shea Guffey Chair in English at Rice University and Director of the Cool America Foundation. They have collaborated with many artists including Laurie Anderson, Björk, Jennifer Walshe, Adam McKay, Jeff Bridges and Olafur Eliasson. Morton has written 20 books that have been translated into 13 languages as well as 300 essays on ecology and philosophy in all aspects of culture.
