LUMA Arles is located in the Parc des Ateliers, a sprawling 7-hectare site, where exhibitions are presented across several buildings throughout the year.

Only the exhibitions require a ticket.

During peak season, booking online is recommended to secure entry to the exhibitions and skip the lines.

LUMA Arles Opening Hours

The Tower and the historical buildings 

Open from Wednesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays): 10:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. 

Last entrance: 5:30 p.m.

The landscaped park

The landscaped park is free and open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and is free to access.

You can access it through the historic gate at 33 avenue Victor Hugo, 13200 Arles or through 45 chemin des Minimes, 13200 Arles

By bus
To get to LUMA Arles, the Envia bus line 1 provides a connection between the SNCF train station and the Departmental Museum of Ancient Arles, passing through Victor Hugo Avenue, the Boulevards des Lices and Clémenceau, and the Roquette district.


By bike

Bike parking is available for visitors at both entrances to the Parc des Ateliers site.

By car
If you’re arriving by car, a paid parking lot is available. Please see the dedicated parking page for details.

Vigipirate Security Plan

Due to the current Vigipirate security alert level in France, bags and personal items are now subject to visual checks at building entrances.

Pet Policy

Animals are not allowed inside any of the buildings, except for guide dogs. Leashed dogs are welcome in the landscaped park.

If you’ve lost an item at Parc des Ateliers, please contact us by calling : +33 (0)4 65 88 10 00

Official documents are turned over to the Arles police station two weeks after they are found.

Cloakroom / Lockers

Large bags are not permitted inside the buildings. Free lockers are available on Level -2 of The Tower.
Locker dimensions: 45 cm (L) × 29 cm (W) × 45 cm (H).

 

Admission Conditions for Minors

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
