Joaquin Cardoso

Joaquin Cardoso is the co-founder of the popular wine bar, Loup Bar, in Roma Norte. Joaquin was born and raised in Mexico City, but spent 13 years living in France, where he studied and worked in the culinary arts. He currently lives in the Juárez neighborhood of Mexico City. Source: Casai
