Lucie Novoveska

Lucie Novoveska is Senior Researcher in Algal Biotechnology at the Scottish Association for Marine Science (SAMS). She has worked in the USA focusing her research on applied phycology including algae cultivation, algal product development, photobioreactor design, harmful algal blooms and the role of microalgae in heavy metal transfer. Upon her arrival in the UK, Lucie Novoveska continued to work in the industry using microalgae to treat a variety of wastewater streams and to generate products from accumulated algal biomass.
