Marion von Osten
Marion von Osten works as an artist, researcher, and curator. She is a founding member of the Centre of Post-Colonial Knowledge and Culture, Berlin; Labor k3000, Zurich; and kpD (kleines post-fordistisches Drama). She is a visiting professor at the Center of Curatorial Studies, Bard College; Geneva University of Art and Design; and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Art. From 2006–2012 she was a professor of art and communication at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, and from 1999–2006 professor for artistic practice at the Institute for Cultural and Gender Studies, Zurich University of Arts. From 1996–1998, she was involved in Gender Studies at Zurich University of Arts, and during the same period she worked as a curator at Shedalle Zurich.
