Susana Fernandes

Susana Fernandes is a teacher-researcher in the field of polymeric materials from renewable resources at the University of Pau and Pays de l'Adour and holds the MANTA - Marine Materials Chair. She is also a visiting researcher at the Ångström laboratory of the University of Uppsala in Sweden. Today her research is focused on the valorization of marine bioresources and fishery by-products and the development of biomaterials inspired by marine organisms.
