Tony Gatlif

Tony Gatlif is a filmmaker, scriptwriter, composer, actor and producer. After a childhood in Algiers, Tony Gatlif arrived in France in 1960. In 1966, he met the actor Michel Simon, what will lead his career to the performing arts. Gatlif have made more than 20 movies, has been rewarded in several prestigious festivals such as Cannes Film Festival, César Awards and was distinguished with the Legion of Honor for his outstanding work.
