Drum Café
Bistronomic cuisine with local and international influences.
Creative cuisine with local influences
On the first floor of The Tower, the Drum Café is a creative space where flavors are reinvented with the changing seasons. Its menu showcases committed producers and carefully selected ingredients from the surrounding area.
Designed by Rirkrit Tiravanija, the restaurant-café is imagined as a work of art to be inhabited and experiments with new materials developed by Atelier LUMA. Conviviality and sharing, central to Tiravanija's practice, come to life in this space designed as a celebration of time spent together — a spirit that is also found in the chef's cuisine.
Whether for a bistronomic lunch or tea time, the Drum Café extends the visiting experience into a gourmet break.
