GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE
The “www.luma.org” website, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, is a portal enabling Internet users to access their data.
Access to and use of the Site are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU). The trademarks of SAS LUMA/Arles and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates and/or partners, as well as the logos appearing on the Site, are trademarks registered with the Institut National de la Propriété Intellectuelle and, as such, are protected by intellectual property rights. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks and/or logos from elements of the Site without the express authorization of SAS LUMA/Arles or their owner is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement under the French Intellectual Property Code.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE “PERSONAL SPACE” SERVICE
Any use of the “personal space” described below implies the user's commitment to respect the present conditions of use as well as the general conditions of use of the Website.
I. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
The personal space is the service provided by SAS LUMA/Arles to which the user has access through the website “www.luma.org” (the “Site”) and through certain mobile applications produced by SAS LUMA/Arles.Through this personal space, the user will be able to :
- Manage the personal information associated with their web account (last name, first name and email can be changed by sending a request to: webmaster@luma- arles.org)
- Manage their settings and notifications
- Consult their order history
- Submit comments regarding certain content on the Site. These comments may be processed by SAS LUMA/Arles teams, who may or may not decide to publish them on the Site. The user, the author of the comments, guarantees SAS LUMA/Arles that his comments do not contain any element constituting defamatory or insulting remarks, punishable under the French Freedom of the Press Act of July 29, 1981, which defines defamation, insult and incitement to racial hatred applicable to the Internet.
II. ACCESS TO THE “PERSONAL SPACE” SERVICE
Registration and authentication
Use of the Service requires authentication. This authentication is made possible by registering for the Service.
To register, the user must enter his first and last name, his country and a valid e-mail address.
Users may also, if they wish, enter additional information relating to their professional and/or personal situation.
The information provided by the user during registration must be true, accurate, complete and up-to-date.
SAS LUMA/Arles grants the user a personal, free, non-transferable and non-exclusive authorization to access the Service, subject to strict compliance with these terms and conditions of use, which the user acknowledges having read prior to joining and accepts unreservedly.
SAS LUMA/Arles reserves the right to suspend or delete the account of a malicious User, or in the event of a breach of these GCU or of any legal or regulatory provisions.
User accounts impersonating a third party will also be deleted. Users are reminded that online usurpation of the identity of a third party by means of any data enabling the latter to be identified (name, e-mail address, photograph, etc.) is an offence punishable by law (article 226-4-1 of the French penal code).
The user is solely responsible for the use of his/her account. He/she shall ensure the confidentiality of his/her login details and take all necessary steps to keep them safe.
In the event of consulting “his/her personal space” from a public place, the user must ensure that he/she disconnects before leaving the place in order to prevent a third party from accessing his/her personal space. Access to the Service by any means other than the interfaces provided by SAS LUMA/Arles is prohibited, as is any attempt to access, modify or reproduce the source code of software or applications enabling access to the Site and/or Service.
Service availability and technical measures
The Service may be temporarily unavailable. In this case, SAS LUMA/Arles will do its utmost to restore access to the Service as soon as possible.
SAS LUMA/Arles may, without notice, notification or compensation, modify the Service, its content and/or its access conditions. SAS LUMA/Arles may delete a comment at any time. Consequently, SAS LUMA/Arles may in no case be held liable for any consequences resulting from the modification, discontinuance or deletion of the Service, for any reason whatsoever and in particular due to technical constraints.
