Q: I am or am accompanying a person with reduced mobility. Can I use the parking lot?

The Parking des Minimes (LUMA Arles) has parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility. But if you wish, you can also park in the Parc des Ateliers, where there are 10 parking spaces reserved for disabled people. You can contact the Ticketing & Reservations department on 04 65 88 10 00 or by e-mail reservation@luma-arles.org. Access to this parking lot is via 53 chemin des Minimes, 13200 Arles.

To facilitate access to the Parc des Ateliers, parking for LUMA Arles visitors is available in the immediate vicinity of the site.

The Minimes parking lot at LUMA Arles: secure parking close to the Parc des Ateliers

Parking des Minimes (LUMA Arles) is located near the Parc des Ateliers, at 24 route de Crau. LUMA Arles is just a few minutes' walk away.

Your vehicle will be parked in a shady outdoor parking lot secured by 24-hour video protection. It has 190 spaces and is equipped with sanitary facilities and a filtered water point.

A security staff and an information point are also on hand to assist you if you need help.

The Envia line 1 bus, which provides access to the city center of Arles, passes near the parking lot at the "Minimes" stop.

How to use the Minimes parking lot at LUMA Arles?

For online bookings:

1. Choose your arrival and departure date and time.
2. Pay online.
3. Your parking space is now reserved! You will also receive a confirmation e-mail.
4. Present your e-ticket at the pay station and enjoy your parking space as soon as you arrive!

On-site payment:

1. Go to 24 route de Crau, 13200 Arles.
2. Present your ticket at one of the pay stations located at the entrance to the parking lot.
3. Park and remember to keep your ticket.
4. Payment is made at the cash desk near the information point, or directly at the exit barrier if payment is by credit card.

What should I do if I've lost my ticket?

Remember to keep your parking ticket. If you lose it, you will be asked to pay the full-day parking fee (€15).

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your booking from the confirmation e-mail. All you have to do then is select the booking you wish to cancel and validate it. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund is automatic.

Can I change my booking?

It is not possible to change your reservation. However, it is possible to cancel it and rebook a parking space.

Is it possible to leave after the originally scheduled time when booking online?

Yes, additional charges will be payable at the exit.

Can I reserve more than one parking space at a time?

The platform does not allow you to book different parking spaces at the same time. We invite you to reserve each space individually.
